This dessert wine has an opulent nose of peach-mango fruit, crème caramel. It's full bodied, satiny smooth and very sweet with terrific weight, flavour concentration, and purity on the palate. Match it with a not too sweet apricot cheese-cake or if the cholesterol count, and pocket book allow, Pâté de foie gras.
