The colour is a deep rosé. The nose is rich & sweet with Turkish delight, dried herbs, ginseng and blackcurrant that is true to Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright vibrant and intense on the palate, with fine focus and zest. It would be a good match with strawberry rhubarb tart or really old sharp cheddar.
