2008 Chardonnay, Canadian Oak VQA NEW RELEASE
Light straw yellow colour with pineapple, lemon grass, and coconut aromas. The palate is loaded with tropical fruit flavours of toasted coconut, and Meyer lemon. A really well balanced wine that has a very long finish. $25.00 / 750 ml 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Canadian Oak VQA Elegant aromas of cinnamon and plum with hints of coconut. A rich creamy texture on the palate with flavours of plum, black currant and coffee bean. Spice and cedar linger on the finish. 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, Canadian Oak VQA
Elegant aromas of cinnamon and plum with hints of coconut. A rich creamy texture on the palate with flavours of plums, black currants and coffee beans. Spice and cedar linger on the finish. Drink now and for the next 3-5 years. $30.00 / 750 ml 2007 Pinot Noir Canadian Oak VQA Cherry, cranberry and strawberry on the nose with some smoke and earthy tones. Palate is soft with rich red berry flavours alongside spice and a hint of white pepper. Tannins are quite well balanced and soft. $35.00 / 750 ml |
