Oatmeal and Walnut Bread (this recipe is for a bread machine) |

2 cups water 1/2 cup powdered skim milk 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons molasses |
2 cups whole wheat flour 2 cups white flour 3/4 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup chopped walnuts 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast |

Let the bread machine mix ingredients, knead and warm the
bread dough to rise. Remove dough from machine, knead again and form loaves. Let the loaves rise in their pans for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Bake loaves for 30 minutes at 325 F. |
