Gamay Rosé
vinification / notes at bottling
reviews aging notes
2002 grapes were hand harvested in good condition / grapes were crushed and then pressed after a short period of contact with the skins / fermentation was slow and cool to retain the fresh fruit flavours.

tasting notes at bottling:

very pretty light pink colour / strawberry, cherry and apple blossom on the nose with hints of leafiness strawberry and cherry cola on the palate with lingering hints of red fruit jam / slightly sweet on the palate with a good acidity to carry the flavours and to keep the finish clean.
