Flatbread with Rosemary and Crumbled Old Cheddar Cheese
Pizza Dough - available frozen at most grocery stores.
(if you have a bread machine, try this with a basic dough recipe)
olive oil
coarse salt
rosemary
extra old Canadian Cheddar
Roll out dough in a large rectangle to about 1/4 inch thick.

Heat grill to medium, place dough on grill. Brush the top with olive oil.
Flip the flatbread over when it has toasted lightly on the bottom.
Brush the just-grilled side with olive oil.

Remove the bread from the grill when it has been toasted evenly on both sides.
Sprinkle with coarse salt, chipped rosemary and crumbled old cheddar.

Cut in long, narrow slices. Serve immediately.
