![]() Canadian Oak, Canadian Wine, Canadian Cheese Lailey Vineyard was the first winery in the world to release wine aged in Canadian grown oak, and we are still dedicated to producing small lots of these exceptional wines. These wines are rarely available for tasting. This package offers the opportunity to experience the difference this northern wood can have on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests will tour the vineyard and winery and visit our underground cellar where they will taste the most recent Canadian Oak wines from the barrel. Later we will sit down to taste the current releases of our Canadian Oak wines paired with small production artisanal Canadian cheeses. This tour and tasting will last aprroximately one hour and must be booked at least four days in advance |

![]() Wine, Asparagus and the Right Glass This package asks, "does asparagus go with wine? Can the shape of the glass really have a noticeable effect on the appreciation of its contents"? These and many more intriguing questions will be answered as we head out on a tour of the vineyard and cellars and sample wine still maturing in barrels, then sit down to a fun and informative tasting with our in-house sommelier. Guests will sample different cheeses alongside fruit, veggies and meats, in an endeavour to find the perfect match We will also smell the difference that stemware can, or can't, make. Everyone will take home as a gift the Ravenscroft glass that we use in this exercise. The tour and tasting will last approximately one hour and must be booked as least four days in advance |
